Responsibilities:

• Provide account services on Human Resources functions to departments;
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures;
• Arrange training courses for Office and Warehouse Staff;
• Support Senior Human Resources & Administration Manager on regional Human Resources functions;
• Perform other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in sizeable companies, preferably in retail industry;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Good communication skill is a must;
• Initiative, independent and well-organized;
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
