Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional HR Manager to provide all HR and general administration support to the Company
  • Prepare employment contracts, assist in recruitment process including job posting
  • Responsible for monthly payroll, MPF contribution calculation, medical claims, insurance arrangement, leave management & benefits administration, statutory filings
  • Act as a coordinator among Asian offices
  • Responsible for travel booking, visa application, etc
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Responsible for the tidiness of the office
  • Responsible for day to day office administration, and equipment, stationary and pantry supply, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc HR & administration duties as and when required


Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated with formal training in human resources management, psychology or business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' related experience in HR and Admin functions
  • Good communication skills, open minded, proactive, detail-minded and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and related regulations
  • Flexibility, highly organized and able to handle multitasks
  • Good PC skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
