Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls;
• Manage and register outgoing couriers and mails;
• Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner;
• Handle all-rounded administrative tasks including sourcing and coordinating the office supplies and facilities;
• Organize the regular maintenance services for office equipment;
• Prepare regular monthly expenses reports;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in office administration & front desk
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is must
• Responsible, mature and good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work overtime if necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
