Intrafor is looking for a Plant Officer to look after the Plant Department administration works.

The job is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong.

The applicant will be working directly under the Plant Manager supervision and will be in charge of the following main duties:

-Management: Supervises daily office operation.

-HR: Coordinates with Head Office HR Department for general HR topics such as new employments, attendance records/timesheets, external labour arrangement.

-Transportation: Coordinates with his team transportations in HK as well as abroad shipments by air/sea freight. Is in close relation with transportation companies and forwarders. Also includes custom clearance process.

-Equipment: Prepares documents and keeps proper records of equipment purchase/ disposal/ rental. Supervises the data input regarding internal plant movement between sites. Ensure Plant Department vehicles’ licences are updated. Coordinates with his team external plant rental for Plant Department/jobsites use.

-Warehouse: Supervises warehouse officer’s and team daily work, including proper storage/movements of spare parts. Supervises team works regarding proper record keeping in the system of all spare parts in/out/stock quantity.

-Purchase: Supervises warehouse officer’s purchase works for spare parts/workshop consumables and coordinate with Accounts Department to follow-up on payment for parts/equipment.

-Workshop: Supervises records keeping in the system of all repair works done in the workshop.

Ad-hoc duty given by the Plant Manager.

 Experience Required:

-Relevant experience in accounting, management control, logistic and information system.

-4-5 years supervising experience in a sizable company.

-Proficiency in communication of both English and Cantonese.
