Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender / quotation proposals
• Conduct contract renew with customer and liaise with customer contract terms, prices, etc
• Maintain and update contract information and relevant record in ERP system
• Follow up with customer enquiries and order
• Provide quality customer services to internal and external customers
• Communicate with Finance Department in regards to invoice issues
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• 1 - 2 years experience in service industry, experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination is preferable
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge in Navision / ERP is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese
• Problem solving skills and able to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Well-organized and self-motivated with good time management to meet tight deadlines
• Detail minded, multi-tasking and good team player
