Major Responsibilities

• To identify the training needs for both Head Office and frontline staff
• Formulate training material and plan to fulfill business achievement
• To facilitate the QAS and professional security training program to ensure  delivering high quality training to the Security personnel within the organization
• To evaluate the training results for enhance the effectiveness of training programs
• Assisting recruitment for searching high quality personnel join the organization

Qualification

• Diploma in Training & Development or related discipline
• 5 years training experience with QAS Trainer qualification is a must
• Hands-on training knowledge in security-related programs, e.g. conflict management, loss prevention and security management
• Registered Safety Officer is preferable
• Proficiency in the using of Microsoft software e.g. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to communicate with both English and Cantonese
• Pro-active, customer-oriented, passionate and drive for excellence
• Demonstrate “can-do” attitude in serving internal and external customers
• Qualified Arms Instructor / Range Officer preferrable
