Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in all business related activities
• To handle regular sales administration tasks (such as prepare and Issue Quotation)
• Strengthen and maintain good relationships with clients and vendors
• Attend different events and meetings
• Assist in ad hoc projects and other business support
• Organize and coordinate external parties for meetings and appointment schedule
• Ability to handle multi-tasks

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are needed
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving license is preferred; China Driving license is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS work, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, independent, outgoing and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
