Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of staff in credit administrationteam and liaisewith sales team to ensure smooth operations of credit administration work
• Prepare and review executive summary of loan proposals and supporting credit documents
• Prepare and review credit and TU search according to internal credit guidelines
• Prepare and review all loan agreements
• Examination of credit document before granting the mortgage loan to ensure its accuracy and completeness
• Monitor the internal computer system and generate monthly reports for management review
• Liaising with lawyers in respect of legal and loan issues
• Assist in reviewing and updating credit policies and operational manual

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 3 years’experience in credit administration
• Experience with Banking and Finance Industry is preferred
• Attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent supervision skills
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
