Responsibilities:

l   Determine the training schedule to meet actual business needs

l   Provide feedback during the process of conducting Training Needs Analysis

l   Develop and update the trainer’s guides and training materials for the training courses & SOP (standard operation procedure) under assigned responsibility

l   Ensure the training objectives of the responsible course are delivered effectively through the means of training video by participating in the concept development and script writing process

l   Ensure the training program effectiveness by reviewing completed course evaluation forms and conducting “After Action Review” (AAR)

l   Ensure the smooth operations of Mystery Shopper Program by collaborating with external program administrator and other internal concerned parties

l   Collaborate with trainers of other Divisions or external consultants for the effective training program

l   Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

l   University Graduate in Human Resources, Training or Psychology or relevant discipline;

l   Minimum of 3 years’ solid training experience in sizable companies, preferably in Retail, F&B or FMCG industry

l   Experience in training course design and preparing the standard operation procedure

l   Detail-minded with strong organization skill

l   Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule

l   A good team player with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

l   Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin

l   Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

l  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
