Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and tax return on a timely and accurate manner
  • Support compensation and benefits review, market survey and performance review
  • Enroll medical and life insurance benefits as well as MPF for new hires
  • Maintain HR database, leave records, group insurance records and MPF records, etc.
  • Prepare regular HR reports e.g. staff list, headcount report, HR cost report, organization chart and other HR statistical reports
  • Prepare separation package and final payment for leavers
  • Liaise with service providers on Group Insurance and MPF, etc.
  • Consult external authorities including Labour Department and Inland Revenue Department
  • Answer employees’ enquiries on HR related issues
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects as and when required

Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or a business related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll operations experience preferably with financial institutions or MNCs; experience in benefits administration and other HR areas an added advantage
  • Attentive to details and be able to deliver accurate output
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and be a team player
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus
