Responsibilities

• Perform daily general clerical & admin duties
• Data entry, documents filing & translation
• Responsible for daily clerical function including data input, meeting preparation
• Orders follow-up and payment checking
• Perform logistics arrangement (e.g. courier packing) when required
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate
• 1-2 years clerical or secretarial working experience
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) & Chinese word processing
• Responsible, detail-minded with careful work attitude
• Willing to work outdoor if necessary
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Employment Conditions

• 5 days per week
• Working hours:9:00am to 1:00pm
• Hourly rate: HK$45-$50
• Working location: Fotan
