CHANNELS MANAGEMENT
Assistant Multichannel Planning & Logistics Management Manager
Principal responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multi-channel integration strategy to unify the operation & systems workflow and ensure the consistency in service delivery
- Analyze the existing business processes to identify the improvement area
- Support the new initiatives for enhancing Customer experience, uplift the cost/operation efficiency and effectiveness, increase sales capacity and meet the internal & external compliance requirement
- Assist to drive and implement initiatives by liaising with business partners to meet the delivery schedule
- Support the post-implementation evaluation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management , with exposure in different sales and services models
- Familiar with Branch sales and operation processes
- Have led project on banking system will be an advantage
- Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work independently
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
