Job Description

CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT
Assistant Deposit and Banking Services Manager

Principal responsibilities:

  • Assist the department head in achieving deposit balances and NII targets through executing deposit tactics and product initiatives
  • Assist in implementing marketing / sales programs to drive deposit growth
  • Monitor Retail Sales & Services deposit portfolio and regularly review product pricing

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance OR other relevant disciplines / qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ banking experience, preferably with exposure to retail banking products / service and branch operations.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or financial management is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and Access an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Deposit and Banking Services Officer)
