Job Description

CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE
Customer Contact Centre Officer (Securities Trading)

The incumbent will be responsible for securities trading and answering related enquiries through phone. He / She should provide excellent customer services and execute customer dealing orders promptly and accurately. He / She will also handle customer complaints and support daily operations to ensure all relevant activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Bank and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualification
  • Passes in Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
  • Minimum of two years’ banking experience, with exposure to call centre operations or securities trading an advantage
  • Good knowledge of stock market
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese, and Putonghua
