Senior Customer Service Representative (Retail Margin Trading)

Principal responsibilities:

  • Handle precious metal and flexiforex trading and answering related enquiries from premium customers
  • Provide excellent customer services and execute customer dealing orders promptly and accurately
  • Handle customer complaints and support daily operations to ensure all activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Bank and regulatory authorities
  • Propose and implement streamlining initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in a related discipline or other relevant qualification
  • Passes in Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
  • Minimum of two years’ retail banking experience with knowledge of retail margin operations
  • Able to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and / or public holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
