RETAIL DISTRIBUTION
Retail Distribution Optimization and Development Manager

Principal Responsibility

• Lead and implement retail distribution strategies and work with Branch management and product owners to drive the business
• Devise sales initiatives and formulate branch network plan to optimize business profits and footprint
• Initiate and manage new sales and service model under Retail Distribution to achieve business goals
• Prepare business proposals and management reports from time to time
• Engage and Liaise with stakeholders and relevant parties to execute business plans

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, preferably with knowledge in business planning
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
