Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Cost & Quality Controller to ensure compliance with group cost control policy and procedure by all members of the Group
- To advise cost estimate at pre and post contract stage, project procurement strategy, prepare and/or check tender documents, bills of quantities, pre-tender estimate, tender recommendation, valuation of interim payment, estimated cost of variation and final account
- To keep management informed project latest situation by providing regular project financial summary report
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- MHKIS/MRICS or equivalent preferred
- Good knowledge in building information modeling and green building certification
- At least 5 years relevant experience in properties developer or consultant
- Mature, good communication skills and team player
- Less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
