• Qualified Architects with minimum 1 or 2 years post-qualification experience (HKIA or equivalent) on commercial or large scale urban projects;
• Have good detail design development ability and sound knowledge on building construction;
• Have work experience and understand general building design procedures in China;
• Be prepared to station and travel extensively in China.
