Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new projects and renovation works in Hong Kong.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services or E&M discipline
- Membership of relevant professional institutions is required
- 5 years' E&M Design and Tender management working experience, preferable in Hotel industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint
- Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Good communication and presentation skills
