Responsibilities:

• Report to the President to maintain store and window displays in stores and develop creative strategy
• Create, maintain display units, POP and roll out all visual merchandising set up in store
• Prepare the visual merchandising guidelines and conduct regular store visits to ensure the standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at the corporate level
• Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure stores comply with directives
• Coordinate with all stores and working partners on the visual merchandising setting and ordering seasonal window programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Design Institute or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in the same level and relevant experience preferably in luxury fashion brand
• Independent, good team player, able to work under pressure and meet with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
• Occasionally travel to PRC
• Immediately available will be an advantage
