The GRI Group is looking to hire a support staff to help the gathering, filing and tracking of information of shoes and clothing.  This includes product descriptions, photos, measurement, etc.  Specifically job activities to include:

• Schedule and monitor photo shootings
• Assist with database entry
• Assign and monitor work done by translators and writers of product description
• Gather from US principles and other sources product related content and information
• Sort and file product content so various regional offices can effectively use
• Other miscellaneous support to the E-commerce team

Type of person we are looking for:

• High school diploma or above
• Team player who is self-motivated, responsive with good organizational skills plus multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• PC skills including MS Excel, Chinese word processing
• Familiarity with and interest in fashion products a plus
