• 提供優質客戶服務及解答客戶查詢
• 無需銷售產品或服務

要求：

• 中五或以上程度
• 良好電話溝通能力及應對技巧
• 有能力解決問題
• 操流利廣東話、略懂英語或／及國語
• 主動、積極、做事細心及有責任感
• 無需輪班工作
• 工作地點：九龍灣
