The group’s product management, product development, and service teams collaborate with our Client Solutions group to help them provide clients with relevant products and bundled solution

The Role: Our Product Consultants combine a thorough understanding of the product suite, investment knowledge and a strong dedication to our customers to help clients maximize their returns on investments. They thrive on quantitative challenges to provide world-class service to our clients. The role is an opportunity to build up industry knowledge and a well-rounded skill set for future roles in sales, product management or investment consulting within Morningstar. 

Responsibilities:

+ Support clients on our institutional software products, including data, Morningstar methodology, functionality, and product features via phone and email

+ Collaborate with Morningstar’s data operations, development and product teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.

+ Provide ideas to the development team on product enhancements based on daily interaction with clients.

+ Work closely with local Client Solutions Consultants to transition clients between platforms, handle one-on-one trainings as requested, and share client knowledge to further workflow implementation on the client side.

Requirements:

+ Suitable candidate should possess a degree in finance, statistics or computer science 

+ Excellent communications skills; including the ability to work with clients who have sophisticated investment knowledge

+ Fluency in English, preferably able to speak Cantonese.

+ Customer focused with strong problem solving skills, quantitative aptitude, presentation skills and desire to learn about the investment and wealth management industry.

+ Immediate availability is preferred.
