Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the project implementation, configuration of system products and cooperation with team member in project management and practices;
• Provide system support on our own software product / system;
• Follow up support issues with users to ensure problems resolved and customer is satisfied;
• Prepare documentation such as System Test plan, System Design Document, System Administration Manual;
• Study and integrate new systems and technology

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Holder of Certification of MCSE / ICSA / CCNA is an advantage;
• 2-3 years hands on experience in setup/support Microsoft Windows Servers 2003 / 2008 platform with Active Directory, DFS, DHCP/DNS service;
• 2-3 years hands on experience in implementing or support of Lotus Domino / Notes R7.x or R8.5 platform;
• 2-3 years working technical experience in networking device setup and configuration including STP,LACP, Stacking, OSPF, BGP or Site to Site VPN;
• Knowledge and experience setup and configuring backup software such as CA ARCServe or Symantec BackupExec platform;
• Knowledge and experience of configuring or operating different networking hardware / appliance, including (but not limited to) Cisco / H3C Routers, Switches and Firewalls etc;
• Working experience in HK Government Department or Bureaux is an advantage;
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
• Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
• Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
• Good speaking and writing skills both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Potonghua is an advantage
• Required travel to China for project rollout
