This role is based in our Hong Kong office.
What you do
Lead Workshops - lead configuration & business process workshops
Training - conduct end user and system administration training on our software product.
Project Management - for CRM/ERP software implementation projects and produce relevant documentations
What you bring
Preferably a degree in business systems or business administration & computer science and 3-5 years professional experience
Excellent verbal and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
Confident appearance and assertiveness, excellent communication and presentation skills as well as analytical thinking
Ability to speak conceptually and consultatively and to address strategic business benefits
Preferably experience with enterprise solutions such as CRM or knowledge of the event industry and our target groups fairs, venues and organizers
Depending on project assignment, extensive travel is required, typically around Asia
