MANDATORY

* Proven success in designing & implementing Hyperion Enterprise Performance solutions, using products such as Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management
* Proven success in designing & implementing Business Intelligence solutions, using products such as Essbase, and Oracle BI
* Understanding of industry standard BI architecture and technology

* Sound knowledge of key business processes, KPI metrics, and management reporting needs

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

DESIRABLE
* Prior experience as a consultant
