Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure secure and stability environment for IT network infrastructure, network equipment and IT platform
  • Monitor and coordinate in project management to ensure overall system project deliverable on time and meet user requirement
  • Prepare tender documents; review and prepare evaluation document according to tender responses; provide recommendation appropriate vendors for the project
  • Supervise and manage the team to coordinate the review and acceptance of deliverables from outsourcing contractors to ensure user requirement met
  • Review and maintain system operation contingency plan and system risk assessment for project and IT operation procedure
  • Handle emergency incident effectively to provide immediate coordination with vendors for urgent technical support and incident report escalation to management
  • Liaison with vendor and external service providers to ensure the quality of network equipment, IT hardware, software and telecommunications services
  • Sourcing and Support in purchase requests and maintain contracts for procurement
  • Review and maintain department policy, user manuals and system documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in computer operations and technical support with 1 year of management experience. Experience in project management is a plus
  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technical or related discipline
  • Solid experience in variety IT system and network infrastructure implementation including LAN, WAN, Servers, VoIP, Switch, Firewall, Networking, Security, Windows/Linux platform
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
