Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Site Agent and Project Manager in overall control, monitor site progress and works quality
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Handle project coordination and schedule independently
- Closely monitor site progress and performance of the sub-contractors on site
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in construction industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good supervisory skills
- Enthusiastic about job and strong career mind
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Project
