Job Description:

A) Business

• Reporting to Managing Director
• Identify new and trend-setting technology solutions in enterprise mobility industry to address mission critical requirements
• Develop and implement Key Market segments and Key Account strategies together with Sales organization

B) Product Portfolio Management

• Analyze existing product portfolio to develop and implement a successfully portfolio strategy to support business growth
• Work closely with external business partners, internal sales management and software development team to develop, monitor and execute portfolio strategy successfully
• Establish effective Go-to-Market strategies including product marketing approaches, website management, promotion & advertising tools and trade shows to ensure alignment support and implementation of successfully portfolio strategies
• Assuming the “portfolio champion” function for the realization

The Person:

• University graduate or above in Electronics, Computing Science or related discipline, MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development of Software products and/or solutions. Working experiences in software company would definitely be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of seeking collaboration among different levels of staff
• Strong team player, creative and proactive, independent and goal-oriented
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
