Responsibilities:

• Deliver latest service information to existing and new clients;

• Handle clients’ needs proactively and follow up outstanding clients’ enquiries;

• Assist in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations as required;

• Act as product expert for AV products, multi-media or any other electronic products;

• Conduct site visit with detailed follow-up;

• Advise customers in ordering spare parts or on service request;

• Responsible for user support, system monitoring, inventory keeping, logging and documentations;

• Design, develop and deliver on-going product training programs for the front-line staff / end users;

• Assist systems installation, change deployment and patching;

• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Technical Officer

   

   

  Requirements:

• Diploma / certificate holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or related subjects;

• 3-5 years relevant working experience with PC Help Desk preferred;

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in system support for Windows Platform;

• Knowledge in MS Windows Domain, MS office, Client, LAN/WAN and printers setting and troubleshooting;

• Knowledge of and professional technical experience with micro-computers / PC based systems;

• Knowledge in system network and multi-media application;

• Strong applications in AutoCAD, Micro VISIO, Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel;

• Be proactive and dedicated with good communication and interpersonal skills;
