Job Responsibilities:

• Work and communicate with the development team in SZ office
• Work with Business Analyst team to analyze business use cases and functional requirements, produce detailed designs, and provide detailed estimation for new features, enhancements to existing programs
• Provide technical specification according to user requirement
• Participate in planning, system design, development, implementation and QA for various web applications using Java
• Perform onsite integration test and development
• Support development of training materials and train-the-trainer courses for our professional services, customer support and customers
• Travel to SZ and Macau will be required but not frequent
  

Job Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer or related disciplines Minimum 5 years solid experience in JAVA
2. Experience on SDLC and writing technical specifications
3. Experience on leading and mentoring a development team
4. Solid experience on web development tools (struts, spring)
5. Solid experience on Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, or other RDMS
6. Experience with AJAX, J2EE, SOAP, Apache Struts, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, Eclipse will be an advantage
7. Expertise resolving complex application issues
8. Experience with Document Management System or Workflow Management System will be an advantage
9. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an asset
10. Good analytical and interpersonal skills
11. Hardworking, team player, self-initiative and organized
