Givex is seeking experienced and detailed oriented Project Managers to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage client's POS, gift card & loyalty programs as projects on Givex's cloud based platform
• Manage card production projects
• New product implementations, including custom client requirements
• Learn scope of existing products and best practices to be applied to implementations
• Work with other teams to ensure all bases of a project are covered, from design and programming, to billing & finance (including sales support)
• Participate in quality assurance procedures, user acceptance testing and live/real time system cut over processes

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both verbal and written). Primary communication language will be English
• Experienced as Project Manager or similar role including technical implementations involving systems, networks, and software design
• Proven experience with hands-on PM work, implementations and testing
• Advanced computer skills in basic applications including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to produce professional quality documents and presentations
• Previous experience interfacing with large clients and/or vendors
• Multi-tasker, detail oriented and accurate
• Work experience with RDBMS, SDLC, and Web-based Applications will be considered an asset
