Job Description
Job duties:
- Carry out day-to-day LAN administration jobs and trouble shoot to servers, and workstation;
- Interact and follow up with the vendors for maintenance and fault reported for any PC and network equipment and software until case completed;
- Assist to maintain the inventory record of computer facilities, any other support activities;
- Answer end-user queries and problem solving, and provide end-user training on custom-made and popular OA applications.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above (with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE is a must) or diploma in computer subject from a Hong Kong polytechnic;
- At least 2 years working experience in network, and MS Window, Netware, or Lotus Notes support;
- Mature and proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Basic understanding of OS (Windows, Linux, Unix), LAN and computer architecture.
