Key Responsibilities

• Review IQC test results and related information for the requirements of local and overseas production
• Conduct production trial and and follow up tasks such as analysis the problematic raw materials
• Monitor and control the quality of incoming raw materials by using analytical tools
• Identify the root cause of quality problems and provide recommendations
• Arrange and coordinate with external accredited laboratoy for conducting tests
• Maintain and update QC documents in compliance with ISO standard
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Food Science/ Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of related experience in F&B industry
• Familiarize with implementation of HOKLAS, ISO & HACCP in F&B industry is prefered
• Good communication and problem solving skills with analytical skill
