The Role:

Overseeing the overall production process of Paper Greetings Products from design spec to finished product. This will primarily involve product development, management of information flow from overseas subsidiaries, product evaluation, liaison with production plant, purchase order tracking, inspections and order delivery to ensure the customer gets the best quality products on time.

The successful candidate would have to have the following attributes:

• Detail mindset to ensure timely production and delivery schedules to meet customer’s requirement and timeline
• Good communicator with suppliers, subsidiaries and HK management
• Knowledge of sourcing
• Experience of quality audits
• Fully numerate and conversant with product cost and margin management
• Strong team player with a stable, long term outlook
• Good interpersonal skill
• Frequent travel to China

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Min. 5 year related experience preferred in printing industry with solid experience on paper greetings products, including paper bag, wrap, ribbon and bows, gift cards and partyware
• Good command of English and Mandarin, PC knowledge is essential
• Experience dealing with international major retailers eg.Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Michael’s etc.
