Job responsibilities:

1. Country marketing communications & product development
   
   • advertising strategy, creative brief, copy evaluation and media planning & execution
   • trade marketing activities (trade promotion, instore display & POS materials development) 
   • consumer / trade customers understanding and identifying business opportunities
   • analyse and execute category & product assortment and packaging
     execution, in accordance to regional guideline
2. Brand management
   
   • Assist in developing assigned brand(s) regional guideline of brand visuals, packaging &
     Communicationsfrom concept to execution
     
3. Manage new product delivery
   
   • Lead and collaborate with Regional Product team and Conair engineering, merchandising
     and customer service teams
     
     • consumer & competitive research
     • technical approval compliance study
     • costing & pricing competitiveness
4. Ad hoc regional projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder of marketing and business
• Min 10 years of solid sales and marketing experience in FMCG products in Asia Pacific
• Strong initiative, creative, hardworking, strong sense of ownership and team player
• Fluent English and Chinese prerequisite, additional language eg Japanese / Korean a definite
  advantage
