Responsibilities:

As a member of the brand communication team, you will serve as the coordination point to make sure the team operates smoothly and effectively by conducting education seminars.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular meetings, projects and to learn from senior colleagues and management.  The duties for this position include: 

• Assist in planning and developing education materials
• Conduct education seminars in different sectors
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for activities arrangement
• Maintain positive working relationships with different organizations, association and schools
• Handle ad hoc tasks as per assigned by immediate supervisor
• Opportunities to rotate to other teams for further development will be offered to the right candidate

Requirement:

• Self-motivated and can motivate other employees to achieve goals together
• Fast learner, with a positive attitude
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (Proficiency of Japanese is preferable but not a must)
• Good time management
• A good team player, passionate, aggressive with vision, outgoing personalities
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considering for the post of "Brand Communication Executive."
