Responsibilities: 

Responsible for formulating Marketing Plans, designing Advertising Campaign and supervising Promotional Activities for the company’s property portfolios in Hong Kong and Macau.  He / She is required to closely work with advertising agencies and production house to ensure deadline met.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Min. 6 years experience in leading Property Developer
• Sound knowledge in local property market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and market oriented
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
