Responsibilities:

• Retain and develop the existing accounts, and explore business from new customers;
• Supervise the merchandising team and work closely with factories to ensure the production and service to be delivered on-time and meet quality standards
• Monitor the throughout operation from sample development till shipment

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years merchandising experience, previous exposure in garment manufacturing is essential
• Knowledgeable in woven shirts and jeans, familiar with US & European markets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Willing to travel to China & overseas
