Board Secretarial Manager

We are currently seeking high caliber individuals to join our Company Secretarial Services as Board Secretarial Manager

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Company Secretary in the provision of advice and services to the Board, and Board Committees and senior management of the Bank, including organising and arranging for the convening of meetings of shareholders; drafting and reviewing papers, resolutions and minutes for the meetings
  • Maintain a high standard of corporate governance for the Bank and ensure compliance with the Articles of Association of the Bank, the Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules and other applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • University degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies or a related discipline
  • Associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries
  • Minimum of five years’ working experience in the company secretarial field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work under pressure of tight schedules
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of banking industry an added advantage
