Our Client is a famous retailer in Hong Kong and they are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• To make recommendations and proposals for the development of the Property portfolio
• Responsible for new site acquisition, renewal, lease negotiation.
• To be responsible for all matters relating to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets
• Control cost and monitor expenses.
• To liaise with major developers, Government departments and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines, preferable in Surveying, Real Estate, Property / Facility Management or related disciplines
• 6-8 years working experience in Hong Kong real estate and in leasing of commercial properties
• Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores
• Good English and Chinese verbal communication skills and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
