Responsibilities:

‧      Effectively answer incoming calls and follow through user service need

‧      Make caring call to service users regularly and on requested

‧      Timely enter all call records / information into computer system

‧      Handle ad hoc works as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

‧      Form 5 or above with customer service, experience in call center operation is preferred

‧      Chinese typing with speed of 30wpm

‧      Verbally communicate in English or Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) is a must. Knowledge of minority language is definitely advantage

‧      Roster duty including statutory holiday and bad weather condition (e.g. rainstorms and typhoons), willingly to work overtime, if necessary

‧      Punctual and good attendance is necessary

‧      Good customer service skills especially in telephone communications

‧      Good alertness and resilience ability, passion, co-operated, positive attitude and able to work under pressure

Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (‘SCHSA’) was founded in 1996 as a non-profit charitable organisation with a self-financing model. Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance. The Association also provides training and workshops to the elderly and their family and caregivers. In addition, SCHSA’s EasyHome Services provide at-home care to elderly consisting of elderly care, medical escort, house cleaning and rehabilitation services.
