- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and provide professional service and support
- Communicate and liaise with operation team, local & overseas partners and shippers
- Quotation; follow up with billing orders and job progress
- Clerical work and basic database management
- Handle adhoc project assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- F.7 or above, University graduate is preferable, min. 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, patient and detail-oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- PC knowledge (MS Words, MS Excel, Chinese input)
- Preferred with working experience/ good network in art industry
