Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and provide professional service and support
  • Communicate and liaise with operation team, local & overseas partners and shippers
  • Quotation; follow up with billing orders and job progress
  • Clerical work and basic database management
  • Handle adhoc project assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, University graduate is preferable, min. 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, patient and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • PC knowledge (MS Words, MS Excel, Chinese input)
  • Preferred with working experience/ good network in art industry
