Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with quality customer services, including order enquiries, complaints & tasks follow up
• Provide administrative support to sales teams

Requirements

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• At least 1 year of sales administrative or customer services experience
• Proficient in PC knowledge e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
