Job Responsibilities

-        Develop and implement procurement strategies according to company direction

-        Vendor management and development on assigned trades

-        Organize and participate in selection and management of suppliers in local country, build long-term and stable partnership with suppliers according to company’s procurement strategies, keep consistent supply, reduce cost of procurement and obtain competitive advantage.

-        Analyze procurement demand in the market, achieve objectives of procurement cost control and lower general cost of procurement

-        Ensure effective communication between Procurement and External and Internal customers

Qualifications & Requirements:

-        Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Management, International Trade or other related field.

-        5-8 years of procurement experience, while experience in telecommunication/IT industry background is preferable.

-        Experience in international sourcing, managing vendors and suppliers will be an advantage.

-        Procurement for Electrical and Mechanical engineering, IDC project and cost analysis experience is strongly preferred.

-        Excellent in communication and negotiation skill

-        Efficient, Energetic, Independent and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.

-     Good Command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred.
