Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound logistic, coordinating with freight forwarders, truckers and warehouse team. Maintain good records on POs and documentation, tracking shipment status. Process custom clearance.
• Prepare reports for management team and provide administrative support to Logistic Manager.
• Process local outbound orders and deliveries. Answer customer inquiries via email or phone.  

 Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder
• 1 year working experience, fresh grad will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
