Qualifications / Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years relevant sourcing experience in LED lighting manufacturing industry
• Candidates with experience in: engineering, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management, international trade are highly advantageous
• Possess excellent inter-personal skills, including change management skills and the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds
• Be willing to travel when required and Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
