Job Responsibilities:

• Solid experience in handling FULL SET of accounts, manage accounting operation, bookkeeping, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently
• Provide supports for management reports and group reporting
• Issue Monthly Invoices, Statement and credit control
• Issue outstanding reminder/official receipts to clients and arrange courier for cheque collection
• Prepare Tenancy Agreement
• Check record of miscellaneous charges
• Coordinate with Small Claims Tribunal if necessary
• Ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• With LCCI Higher qualifications or above (MUST)
• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent computer using skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in using Peachtree/other accounting applications is definitely advantage
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin preferable
• Pleasant, Mature, self-initiative, willing to learn, independent with strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical and problem solving skills     
• Stable and reliable required
• Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri), 09:00 - 13:00 (Sat);  Bank holiday
• Immediate Availability is highly preferable
