Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing various financial, compliance, operational and value for money audits in accordance with accepted professional standards
• Identify and analyze areas of improvement for value efficiency and effectiveness
• Report internal control findings, prepare audit reports and provide respective recommendations for improvements
• Proactively proposing actions to improve the governance and internal controls and risk management process
• Develop and deliver structured policy and procedure in order to carry out the projects effectively and efficiently with high quality and standards
• Perform special investigations or ad-hoc projects at management requests.  Report the results and follow up the related remedial actions if any

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accountancy or finance related disciplines
• Possess professional qualification in CPA or CIA
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience of which at least 4 years in sizable audit firm and internal audit function
• Proven project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work simultaneously for different projects with different teams
• Proactive and be able to work independently
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin
