Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area
  • Handle all the incoming calls of the office with the appropriate procedures including taking message and call transfer
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Greet guests and visitors
  • Maintenance Office stationery & machine
  • Willing to take ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good command of Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal communication skill and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferred
